Tamarack Time! takes over Bigfork Saturday

Tamarack Time! is back Saturday, Oct. 12, so bring on your best baking and come to taste the best dishes Bigfork has to offer. Bragging rights are at stake, and all money raised will go towards the maintenance of Swan River Trail by Community Foundation for a Better Bigfork.  

Entries must be dropped off between 11 a.m. and noon, judging begins at noon. Enter as many categories as you please! Drop off locations are as follows: 

Appetizers – Glacier Sotheby’s 

Bread and jams – Twin Birch Square 

Casseroles – Mountain Vibes Gallery 

Chili – Bigfork Center for the Performing Arts 

Cookies – Eva Gates Homemade Preserves 

Desserts – Garden Bar 

Ethnic Food – Pocketstone Cafe 

Kids Dishes – Showthyme Act II  

Pickles – Eric Thorsen Gallery 

Pies – Bigfork Statio 

Potatoes – Pocketstone Cafe 

Soups – S.M. Bradford 

Stews – FoR Fine Art 

For those just looking to sample, tasting badges can be purchased at Bigfork Art and Cultural Center. Open to the public at 1 p.m. Happy Tamarack Time!
