Bring your best dish to Bigfork’s Tamarack Time! Bragging rights are at stake.
This year’s local foodie competition will take place Saturday, Oct. 12 in downtown Bigfork and benefit the maintenance of Swan River Nature Trail through Community Foundation for a Better Bigfork. Entries must be dropped off between 11 a.m. and noon, judging begins at noon and the event is open to the public at 1 p.m.
Categories include appetizers, breads and jams, casseroles, kids dishes, desserts, cookies, pies, pickles, potatoes, ethnic foods, soups, stews and chili.
